What You’ll Do
Outbound Execution
• Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns based on defined strategy
• Support cold calling and follow-ups where required, book demos and appointments with CEO
• Run outbound sequences and ensure consistent daily activity
Lead Generation & Research
• Build and maintain targeted lead lists (healthcare decision-makers) (regular updating)
• Research accounts and validate contact information
• Segment leads by role, region, and organization type
CRM & HubSpot Management
• Maintain clean and accurate data in HubSpot
• Update contact records, track outreach activity, and manage pipelines
• Ensure proper tagging, segmentation, and reporting
Lead Qualification & Demo Support
• Identify relevant prospects based on ICP criteria
• Coordinate and schedule demos for the sales team
• Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
Who This Role Is For

Requirements
• 2–4 years in outbound, SDR, or lead generation roles in SAAS
• Strong working experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
• Experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn; calling is a plus)
• Strong research and data management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
